Is the evaluation batch free?
Yes. Batches A–D are free, with no obligation to continue.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before you share confidential details.
Who owns the data?
Ownership and usage rights are set out in your agreement. Client data is never used to train anything of ours.
Can you work with our robot?
Yes. Teleoperation runs on your embodiment or our own ALOHA setups, and collection on your site or in our lab.
Do you run our policy for evaluation?
No. You run the policy and send us the rollout videos. We grade them.
How do you measure quality?
Two independent reviewers for every episode, agreement reported per batch, and every rejection listed with a reason code.
Where is the work done?
Protocols, rigs and review methods are developed at our research lab in Incheon, South Korea. Annotation, curation and review run on our production floor in Vientiane, Lao PDR. Collection and teleoperation can also run on your site.
